CalcTrack Time does not require an account. The app does not save the time values you enter on our servers. Calculations happen on your device. The app is supported by advertising; advertising partners may process technical device and advertising data for this purpose.

1. Data controller and contact

The app provider is the operator named in the app-store listing and in this website's legal notice.

2. Data processed by the app

• Time and calculation data: times, dates, breaks, durations, and results you enter are processed locally in the app.
• Saved calculations: if you save calculations, they are stored on your device, not on our servers.
• Settings: for example language, date format, seconds display, and 24-hour time preference.
• Support data: only when you contact us, we process the information you provide.

The app does not require your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.

3. Advertising

CalcTrack Time displays ads. An advertising service used by the app may process technical data such as advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, language, approximate location inferred from IP, ad impressions and clicks, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention data.

We do not use the app to store or send your time calculations to us for advertising. Where the app is configured for non-personalized advertising, ads are not personalized based on a user profile. Advertising partners may still process necessary technical data for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing time-calculation features and local settings: contract performance and/or legitimate interests.
• Advertising, security, measurement, and fraud prevention: legitimate interests or consent, depending on applicable law.
• Responding to support requests: contract performance and legitimate interests.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Calculation data you enter is not sold or stored on our servers. Data may be shared with advertising services and technical providers where necessary for advertising, security, or operation. Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, legally required safeguards are used.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally saved calculations and settings remain until you delete them, reset the app data, or uninstall the app. Support messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond and comply with legal duties. Advertising partners determine retention under their own privacy notices.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
